Job summary
A leading European HR services provider is seeking a Legal Counsel for a temporary role in Milan. This position will provide legal advice across various matters, support contract operations, and assist in post-merger integration. The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Italian law, has at least 3 years of experience in commercial law, and possesses strong communication skills in both Italian and English. This role offers a competitive salary and the flexibility of hybrid working.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an attorney or in‑house legal counsel, preferably in commercial law, contract law, and/or IT law.

Responsibilities
- Provide pragmatic and proactive legal advice to internal stakeholders in Italy.
- Support day-to-day legal operations, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Assist in legal aspects of post-merger integration (PMI) activities.
