In-House Counsel — SaaS & M&A Expert
Zusammenfassung
A leading global enterprise software provider is seeking a Corporate Counsel in Italy to review and prepare commercial agreements including SaaS and vendor contracts. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years PQE as a UK qualified attorney and experience in the software industry. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business partners. This position offers an inclusive work environment and opportunities for growth.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum of 4-6 years PQE including in-house counsel experience.
- Working knowledge of data privacy and security requirements is desirable.
- Experience handling intellectual property issues can be beneficial.
Aufgaben
- Review and prepare complex commercial agreements including SaaS and vendor contracts.
- Work closely with sales and business partners to close transactions efficiently.
- Provide legal services and advice as required.
