A leading global specialist in photovoltaic systems is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to oversee HR projects across South-West Europe. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and executing change management strategies. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with over 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in project management. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another South-West European language is preferred.
This is a dynamic and critical role for an experienced HR professional with a strong project management background.
You will report directly to the HR Director and be responsible for the end-to-end execution of a broad portfolio of Human Resources projects across South-West Europe (SW EU), ensuring successful adoption and integration of both hard (transactional/legal) and soft (cultural/developmental) HR initiatives within the local business processes.
