A leading global communications technology provider is seeking a Legal Counsel in Rome, Italy. The ideal candidate should have a Law Degree, preferably with bar qualification, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT/TMT/Competition law. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, ensuring compliance with laws, and collaborating with various stakeholders. This is a full-time position at an associate seniority level offering an opportunity to engage in diverse legal matters.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of working experience in-house or at a law firm in IT/TMT/Competition/Public Law & Regulatory/Compliance domains.
• Legal background in corporate law, compliance (231 model, anti-bribery, GDPR), business law, and civil law.
• Experience in litigation, tender contracts, competition law, and administrative law is a plus.

Mansioni

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of operational and commercial agreements.
• Ensuring business legal compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Providing legal assessment opinions during daily operational activities.
• Advising on IT/TMT regulatory frameworks and legislative changes.
• Working closely with different company stakeholders.
