Job Description

Support the execution and management of corporate sector lending transactions across the full transaction lifecycle, ensuring high-quality analysis, documentation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active involvement in live transactions throughout the entire transaction cycle.
  • Assist in the execution of corporate lending transactions under supervision, depending on complexity.
  • Monitor and review the existing portfolio, ensuring compliance and risk management standards.
  • Develop and review financial models, including sensitivity analysis.
  • Run internal models including risk ratings and loan pricing, and interface with risk management to establish the appropriate internal risk rating.
  • Draft internal memos and marketing materials for clients.
  • Prepare industry and peer group analysis to support decision‑making.
  • Draft and review credit analyses and applications and defend credit requests for approval to relevant mandate holders, in line with internal policies.
  • Collaborate closely with credit risk management, account managers, syndications, and capital markets teams.
  • Participate in meetings and calls with clients and advisors, including transaction‑related due diligence.
  • Assist with term sheet reviews, negotiation of documentation in partnership with relationship managers and legal counsel, and conditions precedents checks.
  • Support deal‑closing activities and coordination with back‑office teams.
  • Manage client portfolios in all credit‑related matters, focusing on origination, execution, and in‑life management of credit facilities.
Your Profile
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field with excellent academic results.
  • Approx. 2 years of experience in a transactional environment (corporate lending, structured finance, or similar).
  • Good understanding of financial structuring, lending, financial markets, and trade finance.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proactive, determined, and a team player with high willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
