The role involves developing licensing strategies for various regions including the EU and South Asia, preparing regulatory applications, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should have a strong legal background with over 5 years of experience in financial services and a Bachelor of Laws degree. Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, with additional languages being a plus.

• 5+ years of post‑qualification legal experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong track record in securing financial/payment licenses across various regions.
• Deep understanding of payment services regulations and AML/CFT frameworks.

• Develop and execute licensing roadmap across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare, review, and submit license applications to regulators.
