A prominent retail company in Kotabaru, Kalimantan Selatan is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee operations at their store. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to analyze data for performance improvement. This full-time role is vital for optimizing store efficiency and achieving company goals.
As a Retail Manager for MR DIY, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful operations of the company's retail location in Kotabaru, Kalimantan Selatan. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, optimising efficiency, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience within your store.
Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budget oversight
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
Ensure exceptional customer service by leading and motivating your team
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve company-wide objectives
Monitor and analyse store performance data to make informed decisions
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a related field
Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive business performance
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Familiarity with the local Kotabaru, Kalimantan Selatan market and customer base is preferred
