Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR Operations administrative task.
  • Process monthly payroll (collect, verify, and input payroll data including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions).
  • Administer employee benefits, medical claim, medical insurance, BPJS, and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee files (physical & digital).
  • Manage expatriate documentation (KITAS, IMTA, visa, SKTT, RPTKA, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners.
  • Support internal HR projects, employee engagement programs, and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
