Job summary
A telecommunications company in Indonesia is seeking a staff-level individual to manage accounts for its business services. The role involves increasing revenue, acquiring new customers, and overseeing strategic projects. Responsibilities include planning corporate sales activities, evaluating programs for customer productivity, and coordinating multi-departmental proposals. - Plan and execute corporate sales activities for Indosat Business Services.
- Evaluate programs to improve customer productivity in terms of service usage.
- Coordinate proposal preparation of offering solutions and pricing with several departments.
- Work with Major Events to retain customers and increase loyalty.
- Evaluate target production and revenue from customers.
- Conduct reporting of sales activity performance.
- Provide feedback on market pricing and customer potential.

Role Purpose
Managing accounts under his/her portfolio, responsible for the achievement of revenue targets for Indosat Business Services, increasing revenue, acquiring new customers, initiating and accomplishing strategic projects with strategic customers, and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Plan and execute corporate sales activities for Indosat Business Services (increase revenue & wallet share).
- Evaluate and create programs to improve customer productivity in terms of service usage.
- Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical, and other supporting functions concerning proposal preparation of offering solutions and pricing needed by the customer.
- Coordinate with Major Events to retain customers and increase customer loyalty.
- Evaluate achievement of target production and revenue from customers in the resources & energy segment based on determined budget.
- Conduct reporting of sales activity performance.
- Provide feedback to Marketing, Product Development, and Technical functions concerning trends of services needed, market pricing, and customer potential.
