Strong computer literacy and English skills are essential, along with the willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SSV for adjusting operation parameter to meet daily target operation.
• Address alarms, deviations and emergency conditions and take corrective action to maintain safe and reliable operations.
• Collaborate with SSV, field operator and maintenance for any activities on the field.
• Document operational data, production rates, equipment performance, and any incidents or deviations from normal operations in logbooks (Board operator check list).
• Participate in process optimisation and efficiency improvement projects, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to enhance plant performance.
• Backup during breaks or periods when other operators are not available.
• Monitor, operate and adjust parameters on DCS to meet target operation by following SOPs for assigned areas.
• Monitor lab results and adjust parameters accordingly.
• Monitor CCTV for salt storage area and coordinate with field operator and salt storage worker.
• Monitor electrolyzer, hydrogen compressor, refrigerant compressor, etc. on HMI.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 majoring in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years working experience as Board/DCS Operator.
• Experience in a Chlor Alkali plant is preferred.
• Computer literate using Ms. Office in daily activities.
• Good English skills both spoken & written.
• Willing to work as per shift schedule.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon (CAA)
