General Requirements

• Educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (Bachelor’s Degree for Manager, Diploma, Supervisor)

• Excellent focus on guest satisfaction with team, professional service
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency in hotel system (PMS/OTA, POS) and computer literacy (Ms Office)
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and reporting skills
