Our client, a leading Southeast Asia–based property developer, is expanding their footprint in Indonesia with an exciting upcoming project in Bogor, West Java. To support this development, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in property development, golf course projects, and on-ground project supervision.
The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role, overseeing day-to-day project progress in Indonesia, managing contractors and local teams, and ensuring timely reporting and alignment with the HQ team in Malaysia.
1. Project Planning & Execution
Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of property and golf development projects in Bogor.
Ensure project milestones, quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines are met.
Oversee feasibility assessments, design reviews, schedules, and reporting.
Supervise contractors, consultants, suppliers, and on-site project staff.
Review contractor performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure deliverables meet agreed specifications.
Manage tender, bidding, and vendor selection processes as required.
Conduct routine site inspections to track progress and identify risks or bottlenecks.
Provide real‑time feedback and recommendations to ensure project continuity and alignment with HQ directives.
4. Reporting & Communication
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management in Malaysia.
Communicate effectively with cross-border stakeholders, ensuring clarity on timelines, issues, and updates.
Join project review meetings and present status reports to HQ.
5. Travel & Coordination
Travel periodically to Malaysia for project meetings, presentations, and alignment sessions.
Facilitate coordination between Indonesia project teams and Malaysia HQ teams.
Lead and guide local project teams, ensuring high performance, accountability, and adherence to project standards.
Foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in property development, golf course development, or large‑scale land development.
Proven experience managing contractors and leading on‑ground project teams.
Strong understanding of construction processes, regulatory requirements, and technical documentation.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal—required for reporting to HQ Malaysia.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Willingness to travel to Malaysia for coordination and review meetings.
Based in or open to commuting to Bogor, West Java.
