About us

PT Rinnai Indonesia is a Japanese joint‑venture company and a leading manufacturer of high‑quality home appliances, including gas stoves, cooker hoods, water heaters, and spare parts.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinating and processing all import and export documentation and procedures
  • Liaising with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant shipments
  • Tracking and monitoring the status of import and export orders
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the import/export process
  • Preparing and submitting accurate reports on import and export activities
  • Staying up‑to‑date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Providing guidance and support to other team members as needed
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics Management, Transportation Management, or International Business)
  • Certified Ahli Kepabeanan (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an export/import role, preferably within the manufacturing or garments industry
  • Strong knowledge of import and export procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements (e.g., PIB/PEB, PI, PERTEK, Lartas, HS Code, Customs audit, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for tracking and managing import/export activities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Fluency in English (conversation and written)
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
