Job summary
A logistics company in Jakarta is seeking a motivated HR professional to handle recruitment processes. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management and at least three years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing HR databases. Strong communication and administrative skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required. This is a full-time role based in West Jakarta.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment roles.
- Familiar with psychological testing tools or assessment centers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
- Arrange training when needed.
- Monitor attendance and scheduled plans.
- Maintain HR databases.
Skills
Education
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team.
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Have at least three years of experience in recruitment roles; experience in the same field will be an advantage.
- Familiar with psychological testing tools or having knowledge on assessment centers.
- Proficient in interviewing & screening skills.
- Detail‑oriented, communicative and good administrative skills.
- Good in Microsoft Office.
- Screening candidates, conducting end‑to‑end recruitment process to fulfill positions from entry‑level, sales to managerial.
- Conducting interview and assessment needed.
- Arrange training when needed.
- Monitoring and checking records on attendance and scheduled plans.
- Maintain and update new employee records and HR databases.
- Provide assistance in other administrative tasks or operational matters as needed.
