Job summary

Responsible for recruitment activities to fulfil manpower needs with best talents according to qualifications required and SOP

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs related to organization and profile of candidates

Build and maintain partnership with targeted source and related parties, such as head hunters, universities, etc.

Support recruitment activation, such job fairs and career events

Support Employer Branding by creating activities and contents related employee activity, company culture, etc. for social media

Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and current trends related to people

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's degree of Psychology

Have min. 2 years of working experience as a Recruiter

Fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus

Hands-on experience with HR databases

Good knowledge of labor legislation

Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

Familiarity with social media and other professional networks

Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
