  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
  • Have at least three years of experience in recruitment roles; experience in the same field will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with psychological testing tools or having knowledge on assessment centers.
  • Proficient in interviewing & screening skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, communicative and good administrative skills.
  • Good in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
  • Screening candidates, conducting end‑to‑end recruitment process to fulfill positions from entry‑level, sales to managerial.
  • Conducting interview and assessment needed.
  • Arrange training when needed.
  • Monitoring and checking records on attendance and scheduled plans.
  • Maintain and update new employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide assistance in other administrative tasks or operational matters as needed.
