We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager (Activation & Partnership) to oversee and manage various client and internal projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling projects in the technology, marketing, and event sectors.

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of marketing and related strategic projects, including:

• Merchandising and production of POS & POSM materials
• Partner program and end-user promotional programs
• KOL and media management for product seeding
• Event collaboration and execution with external partners
• Manage collaborations with third parties such as campuses, event organizers, and communities to organize events representing client brands.
• Prepare project proposals, quotations, and reports, and deliver presentations to clients confidently and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams (social media, event, and design) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project satisfaction.
• Supervise reporting and post-project evaluation to ensure continuous improvement and performance tracking.
• Identify potential risks and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in tech, IT, marketing, or event-related industries.

Experience handling projects or brands in the electronics industry (such as home appliances, mobile phones, or computers) is a point plus.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.

Willing to be placed in Meruya, West Jakarta.
