Job description

Responsibilities

1. Lead the in-depth exploration and systematic construction of quality technology, focusing on mobile SDKs and Apps testing.
2. Develop automated testing frameworks, test scripts, and testing platforms based on mobile product characteristics to establish a comprehensive automated testing system and enhance product delivery.
3. Deeply understand the characteristics of securities company products, identify quality difficulties and online problems, and develop stable, efficient, and universal testing tools and frameworks to improve product delivery quality.
4. Research product implementation details, review technology implementation plans, and measure test scope and coverage. Through refined testing methods such as code coverage and precision testing.
5. Participate in researching and introducing industry-leading user testing technologies and methods to improve the user quality system.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Technical Information / Information System or any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.0).
• More than 3 years of experience in development or automated testing, with the following preferred experiences:
• Rich experience in Android/iOS development, including Code Review/white box testing/tool development.
• Experience in mobile performance testing tool/platform development to enhance performance testing accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in mobile terminal automated testing framework/tool/platform development to improve automation stability, execution efficiency, and development efficiency.
• Deep understanding of mobile terminal stability issues and experience in efficiently identifying and recalling such issues.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Strong interest in deep learning and machine learning, with experience in solving mobile quality problems.
• Excellent learning ability, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Applicants with working experience in securities companies are preferred.
