Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development (preferably in IT, software, or web development companies);
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) & must be able to handle communication and presentation with international clients;
- Strong understanding of web development processes, UI/UX concepts, and IT project lifecycle;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into business or technical solutions;
- Leadership capability and team management experience are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage the overall relationship to ensure long-term satisfaction;
- Understand clients’ business goals and translate them into actionable web and system development strategies;
- Lead and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between clients and internal technical teams;
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project reports in professional English;
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients under company policy;
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth;
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure project quality and timely delivery;
- Resolve client concerns and elevate critical issues appropriately to management;
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, client communications, and sales forecasts.
