Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development (preferably in IT, software, or web development companies);
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) & must be able to handle communication and presentation with international clients;
  • Strong understanding of web development processes, UI/UX concepts, and IT project lifecycle;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into business or technical solutions;
  • Leadership capability and team management experience are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage the overall relationship to ensure long-term satisfaction;
  • Understand clients’ business goals and translate them into actionable web and system development strategies;
  • Lead and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between clients and internal technical teams;
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and project reports in professional English;
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients under company policy;
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth;
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure project quality and timely delivery;
  • Resolve client concerns and elevate critical issues appropriately to management;
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, client communications, and sales forecasts.
