Qualifications
  • At least 3 years experience in developing customer-related system, managing the deployment of customer-related system, or managing the omni channel
  • Experience in ISP or Fin-Tech Industry that rely on online transaction
  • Strong capability in data analysis, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau)
  • Good understanding of QA in customer service (QA process, calibration, compliance)
