Job Description: Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Identify and target new clients in key industries, such as oil and gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
Generate leads and qualify opportunities for engineering services and training programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
Track sales activities and report on KPIs.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote TWI Indonesia's services.
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the engineering or training industry.
Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
Familiarity with the Indonesian engineering market.
