Summits Group is a global company working closely with our Korea HQ and Indonesia team. We are currently looking for talented bilingual (EN/ID) professionals to join our growing team in Jakarta.

Job Information

Work Location: Jakarta, Darmawangsa (Office-based)

Working Days: 5 days/week (schedule to be discussed)

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle online customer inquiries from English-speaking and Indonesian customers via WhatsApp, Line, Instagram DM, etc.
  • Provide basic information regarding treatments/procedures and assist with consultation bookings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries using FAQ and prepared scripts.
  • Update consultation records and customer status in the CRM system.
  • Communicate with Korea HQ and Marketing Team.
  • Manage no‑show cases and provide feedback to improve Customer Experience (CX).
Qualifications & Experience
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (mandatory).
  • Experience in WhatsApp‑based customer service or customer handling.
  • Fast, clear, and accurate communication skills.
  • Well‑organized, responsible, and polite in customer interactions.
  • Experience in medical tourism / hospital / clinic customer service.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience working with KPI‑based performance metrics (conversion rate, response time, etc.).
Performance Metrics
  • Response SLA (e.g. within 5–10 minutes)
  • Consultation‑to‑booking conversion rate
  • No‑show rate
  • Customer satisfaction score
