Job Description
  • Hold a bachelor's degree (at minimum) in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in oil & gas production or petrochemical facility.
  • Have prior experience as a spare parts analyst/coordinator, with exposure to procurement activities and warehousing, and supply chain management systems for at least 5 years.
  • Maximum age is 53 years old by the end of December 2025.
  • Have documented experience for capability verification using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for equipment bill of material, spare‑part mastering, inventory management (Min‑Max, stock quantity, re‑order point), and proven experience to support spare‑part requirements for operation & maintenance activities.
  • Ability to demonstrate HSSE leadership, particularly when managing main contractors, vendors, and sub‑contractors. Awareness of safety management for offshore operations and a personal commitment to safety.
  • Be fully conversant with the information needs and associated format of Spare Parts lists and Interchangeability Lists (SPILs), and the information needed to support the cataloguing of spares.
  • Have self‑motivation and the ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team.
  • Be computer literate and fully conversant with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and project planning software.
  • Have the ability to develop procedures, practices, and strategies.
