A prominent company in personal care is seeking a Head of Sales to drive sales and achieve revenue targets for products like shampoos and body washes. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team. Candidates should have over 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record in home products. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibility:
1. Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for personal care including shampoo, hand wash, body wash, and perfume.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and expand product presence.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.
4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer preferences.
5. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
6. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product campaigns and promotions.
7. Monitor and analyze sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in selling home products.
2. Extensive network and connections for introducing products to the market.
3. Strong understanding of the home products industry, particularly in shampoo, hand wash, body wash, and perfume.
4. Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
6. Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
7. Leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate a sales team.
