Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and coach the fundraising team to achieve client fundraising goals.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure KPIs related to signup volumes, event cost per donor, approval rates, retention rates, and average age criteria are met.
  • Train, motivate, and perform performance management, developing staff for progression.
  • Lead by example, staying on the ground to understand team dynamics and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Analyse event performance and provide monthly updates to senior management on CPA (cost per acquisition) and CPS (cost per shift).
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to maintain proper performance management processes, and run weekly meetings with the event team to review results and strategise improvements.
  • Forecast manpower requirements for recruitment based on attrition rates and team availability.
