About the Role
This is a hands on performance marketing role, you will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, analyze results, and implement strategies that drive measurable ROI. You will collaborate closely with senior marketers, creatives, and clients across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu. You should be data driven, creative, and confident working both independently and as part of a remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Xiaohongshu, and other platforms.
- Develop creative concepts for ad visuals and short form videos that support brand and campaign objectives.
- Monitor daily campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, CPL) and proactively implement optimisation strategies to drive measurable results and improve ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets responsibly to ensure cost-effective spend across channels, including bid and placement optimisation.
- Conduct A/B testing on visuals, captions, copy, and targeting to identify high-performing creatives and audiences for continuous improvement.
- Upload, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and relevant tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key insights, optimisation recommendations, and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear communication and timely updates to ensure campaign satisfaction and success.
- Collaborate closely with creative and internal teams to ensure campaign assets meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and timelines.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, platform policies, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives and tasks as assigned to achieve and client objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads platforms will be a plus.
- Confident in pitching, reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual and copy alignment in ads.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is essential to discuss campaign performance or strategy with Mandarin speaking clients).
- Self motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast paced, dynamic agency environment.
