As a Product Manager—Growth at Gojek, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the product vision and roadmap with a clear focus on optimizing promotional spend to maximize efficiency and ROI. You’ll work cross-functionally with Business, Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams, while also coordinating closely with Product Managers from other teams. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution—balancing high‑level problem solving with deep attention to detail in implementation.
