You’ll drive our multi-channel digital strategy — from social media to performance ads — and lead cross‑functional execution that moves fast, scales big, and delivers measurable results.

• Lead and execute digital marketing strategy across IG, TikTok, Facebook that build awareness, spark interest, and drive conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR) and deliver insights that help scale revenue.
• Manage multi‑brand budgets with precision — balancing efficiency and growth.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to blend data with creativity.
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize to improve ROAS and cost per result.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns, audience targeting, retargeting, and budget optimization.
• Stay ahead of trends, formats, and algorithms to keep Rocketindo brands top‑of‑mind.

• Strategic & Data‑Driven
• Understands funnels, analytics, and how to turn numbers into strategy. Strong analytical mindset with a love for storytelling through data.
• Performance Marketing Expertise
• Experience with TikTok Spark Ads, GMV Max, Meta Advantage+, CAPI integrations, and Affiliate Marketing. Hands‑on experience in beauty or wellness campaigns (Indonesia or SEA markets).
