As a Business Executive (Avitum Dialysis) in B. Braun Indonesia, you will play a vital role in expanding the Avitum portfolio within the Jakarta region by executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with internal teams and distributors, implement marketing strategies, and ensure high standards of compliance and operational excellence. Your role will also involve managing customer feedback, promoting products effectively, and continuously developing your expertise to deliver value-driven healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to implement company strategies, achieve sales targets, and optimize profitability in line with corporate policies.
  • Execute marketing strategies, manage assigned products, and proactively identify new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals through training, education, and operational support, while addressing feedback and concerns effectively.
  • Promote products in line with KPIs, utilize CRM tools for planning and reporting, and ensure accurate project data and sales forecasts.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, including proper handling of product complaints.
  • Enhance your professional capabilities through development programs and maintain high motivation to drive performance in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in science, Marketing/Business, Nursing, Health Practitioner.
  • Min 2‑5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
