A leading supplier in Indonesia is searching for a Marketing Expansion Manager to develop marketing and promotion strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or retail. Key responsibilities include creating marketing plans, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with sales and product teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with marketing tools is a plus. This role is based in Cikarang Selatan (Jababeka).
Position will be based in Cikarang Selatan (Jababeka)
Develop channel‑specific marketing and promotion strategies for traditional markets, modern trade, and distributor networks.
Create annual and quarterly marketing plans that support overall business goals and sales targets.
Design and implement promotional programs to drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance per channel.
Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with brand guidelines and corporate identity.
Customize marketing campaigns based on channel requirements, customer profiles, and market behaviour.
Develop point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and activation programs tailored to each segment.
Coordinate trade marketing activities, including in‑store promotions, product launch events, merchandising programs, and sampling activities.
Collaborate with distributor partners to develop joint marketing plans and execute channel promotions.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and promotional programs using KPIs such as sales uplift, ROI, visibility scores, and market share growth.
Analyse channel performance and consumer/shopper insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and key learnings.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support channel initiatives and ensure alignment.
Partner with creative agencies, event organizers, and external vendors to execute marketing materials and activities.
Support sales teams with marketing tools, training materials, and promotional assets.
Manage marketing and promotional budgets for each channel, ensuring efficient and effective allocation.
Track spending, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost control without compromising quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or channel promotions—FMCG or retail industry preferred.
Strong understanding of traditional trade, modern trade, and distributor channel dynamics.
Experience in campaign planning, market analysis, and marketing execution.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
