Position Overview

The Marketing Executive (Project Bidding & Government Relation) plays a critical role in managing end-to-end tender processes for construction projects while building strong relationships with government agencies, contractors, and key stakeholders. This position bridges business development, project bidding administration, and government relations to support the company’s growth in the construction sector. The role also requires strong communication, market analysis capability, and the ability to collaborate with internal engineering and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire tender and bidding process for construction projects from start to finish.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents, proposals, and business presentations in line with company standards.

Government & Stakeholder Relations

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, contractors, vendors, and other key partners.
• Stay updated on government regulations and requirements related to construction projects.

Market Analysis & Business Development

• Conduct market analysis to identify new project opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support bidding and business growth.

Cross-Functional Coordination
