The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of sales experience, strong knowledge of the logistics landscape, and excellent communication skills. This position requires strong leadership and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales with B2B or B2C segments.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage, premium products (fashion, electronics), and pharma/dental logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and retain UMKM partners within the assigned region.
• Implement and execute brand awareness and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and shipment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UMKM partners to ensure sustainable growth.
• Support UMKM partners in business development initiatives to enhance their performance with Paxel.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies.
