A leading technology firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced sales professional with expertise in Software and IT Cyber Security solutions. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, identify challenges, and create solutions. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience are required, with fluency in English as a plus.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Responsible for sales activity both product and services. The positions require close cooperation with customers for the purpose of accessing customer needs, finding new opportunities, presenting offers, negotiating, closing contracts, monitoring contract implementation and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, manage contacts, gather detailed information on customer procurement or tender processes.
Identify and understand the customer challenges or pain points.
Prepare a proper and accurate presentation of the solution for customers based on needs, assessment, or request.
Actively find and create new opportunities.
Hold a minimum bachelor’s degree.
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling Software/IT Solutions / IT Cyber Security solutions.
Fluent in English both oral & written is an advantage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
Able to work within targets and generate new prospects.
Experience in Telco/Public Sector/Enterprise (Banking/Government).
Able to follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
Able to work with a team.
