PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to):
1. Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Guest Experience Hosts (GEH), Customer Marketing Agents (CMA), and Supervisors across all Bali sites.
  • Implement a performance-driven culture through coaching, accountability, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct daily briefings, one-on-one performance reviews, and on-site coaching to drive results.
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and company values across all locations.
2. Production & Performance Management
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets for qualified tours and bookings are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Analyse performance metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to optimize tour flow and conversion.
  • Develop and execute tactical promotions, spiff programs, and incentive campaigns to maintain motivation and output.
  • Drive marketing productivity and efficiency in line with budget and cost-per-tour objectives.
3. Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee operational excellence at all field marketing locations including booths, signage, uniforms, and guest experience standards.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with corporate guidelines, government regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Liaise with resort management, hotel partners, and external vendors to maintain positive working relationships and smooth operations.
4. Recruitment &b>
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new marketing personnel.
  • Deliver regular training sessions focused on guest engagement, objection handling, and communication excellence.
  • Develop future leaders within the marketing team through mentoring and structured growth plans.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with Sales, HR, Finance, and Resort Operations to ensure alignment on targets, staffing, and quality control.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy meetings, budget planning, and long-term operational development.
KEY POSITION CRITERIA:
  • Proven leadership experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, or direct marketing environments.
  • Guest Service Mindset
  • Ability to lead, by example, producing tours whilst training and developing (CMA/OPC)
  • Strong background in field marketing (OPC/CMA), hospitality, or guest-facing sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate large teams.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, resilience, and a passion for coaching teams to success.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
