Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor/Manager to oversee the performance of sales operations across all WonderMind centers. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent sales growth, maintaining high conversion rates, and supporting Course Consultants (CCs) in achieving their monthly targets through coaching, monitoring, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales performance across all centers on a weekly and monthly basis
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with WonderMind’s goals and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular coaching and training sessions for Course Consultants (CCs) to improve their selling techniques, consultation approach, and product knowledge.
• Ensure all centers follow standardized sales processes, including customer handling, lead follow-up, and closing strategy.
• Review daily sales reports and ensure accuracy of data in CRM or internal tracking systems.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Academic teams to synchronize campaigns, trial classes, and promotional offers that support sales performance.
• Identify sales gaps and create action plans for underperforming centers.
• Participate in regular performance review meetings with Center Managers and HQ teams.
• Handle customer escalation cases related to sales and provide effective solutions.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new Course Consultants when needed.
• Conduct periodic visits to each center to monitor execution, motivate the sales team, and ensure alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the education or service industry.
• Proven track record in managing multiple sales teams or branches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret sales data and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on and proactive; capable of driving results while maintaining team morale.
• Comfortable working under target-oriented environments.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to travel to different WonderMind centers as required.
