- Responsible for monitoring branch sales performance.
- Break down targets and map areas for each salesperson (exclusive).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the logistics head for branch stock procurement.
- Collaborate with distributors on planned and ongoing programs.
- Review active items in each account.
- Monitor account promotions in line with the program.
- Conduct visits to outlets, especially Pareto outlets.
- Evaluate promotions that have been created and executed by accounts.
- Maintain communication and good relationships with account buyers.
- Review assortment and conduct business reviews with account buyers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in Management and Leadership role
- Proven experience as a Sales supervisor or similar role in the baby product or food product retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
