Job summary

A fast-growing baby commerce company in Indonesia seeks a Sales Supervisor. The role involves monitoring sales performance, coordinating with logistics, and managing relationships with account buyers. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in management and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This position is open for 2 vacancies in Jabodetabek and Surabaya.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Management and Leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in a Sales supervisor or similar role in relevant industries.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor branch sales performance and prepare performance reports.
  • Coordinate stock procurement with logistics.
  • Maintain relationships with account buyers and conduct business reviews.

Job description
  • Responsible for monitoring branch sales performance.
  • Break down targets and map areas for each salesperson (exclusive).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with the logistics head for branch stock procurement.
  • Collaborate with distributors on planned and ongoing programs.
  • Review active items in each account.
  • Monitor account promotions in line with the program.
  • Conduct visits to outlets, especially Pareto outlets.
  • Evaluate promotions that have been created and executed by accounts.
  • Maintain communication and good relationships with account buyers.
  • Review assortment and conduct business reviews with account buyers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience in Management and Leadership role
  • Proven experience as a Sales supervisor or similar role in the baby product or food product retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
