Responsibilities:
- Managing consultants and the production of design products (such as design drawings, technical specifications, design report) to meet the company’s requirement, standard, budget and time schedule.
- Reviewing design drawings from all stages (Concept, DED, Construction, Shop Drawing, etc) and coordinating the design with other disciplines (Structure, Interior, Landscape, Infrastructure, MEP, etc) to meet initial design intent/concept, marketing deals, customer’s agreement, etc.
- In charge of landed housing residential project, from construction stage until handover stage, which entails occasional site visit, shop drawing review, material sample review, mock up review and problem solving of any issues occur during construction to handover stage.
- To manage TNIC and KNIC master plan developments and coordinating with other related parties for land sales, JV proposals, commercial fit outs, etc. Need to attend and follow the developments informed during Industrial, Residential and Commercial weekly meeting.
- Liaising with all related parties, such as Marketing, Sales Admin, PEM, Permit team, Land team, to keep all parties informed of any developments or updates on the projects, as well as problem solving like land dispute, etc.
- Preparing product development study and feasibility study for investment pitch or new developments, in coordination with related departments.
- Supporting related department during Main Con and MoU Tender process, attending Clarification Meetings and preparing technical comparison approval for MoU items.
- Preparing land plot location map, land plot map, land elevation design, cut and fill report study, for KNIC land sale process.
- Supporting Project team or other parties to prepare design solutions/proposals for RVO submission during construction or handover stage.
Qualifications:
- Sufficient Skill for doing master plan and grading/elevation design are must.
- 5+ years’ professional experience in Design Consultancy, Property Development.
- International design experience a plus and Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architecture, Urban Planning.
- Experience with Revit, SketchUp, AutoCad, Civil 3D and other relevant software and Local permit process knowledge, keeping up with local property trends, etc.
- Speak English Fluently.
- Location based in Cikupa - Tangerang.
