Job summary

A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to oversee HR operations and strategy. Responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, handling recruitment, preparing contracts, and supporting various departments. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HRGA experience in the retail industry and a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws. Proficiency in English is essential, with Mandarin being an advantage. This role may require business trips.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience as HRGA Manager in retail industry with company size more than 500 employees.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR department and evaluate people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Handle HR, GA, and Industrial Relations.
  • Ensure implementation of key HR policies and legal compliance.
