Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire application life cycle, focusing on coding and debugging

Responsibilities:

• Effectively create and execute long‑term marketing plans and short‑term tactical activities, including marketing campaigns, to increase brand image, brand awareness, audience, engagement and revenue
• Determine the channel/platform for communication materials against the planning strategy that has been made so that it can be implemented by the relevant department
• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
• Monitor and evaluate all marketing campaigns and propose recommendations to get better results

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of working experience in a fast‑paced industry, e.g. technology/e‑commerce companies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field of study
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Outstanding critical and strategic thinking as well as data analysis

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the end‑to‑end recruiting process, including onboard new employees
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Refine sourcing strategy, innovate talent acquisition channel (social media, referral program, etc.)
• Build a strong, credible relationship with senior leaders, hiring managers and other critical stakeholders in company, providing talent insights and fulfilling current talent needs

Qualifications:

• Having 1-2 year recruitment experience, preferably has experience as TA specialist/recruiter in head hunter or BPO company
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa
• Having good initiatives and high willingness to learn and grow
• Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously

Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to support the business, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of agreements.
• Manage corporate secretarial matters, including but not limited to filing legal documents/reporting
• Provide day‑to‑day legal support, including but not limited to secretarial and administrative duties within the legal team, making sure all legal files are fully documented
• Liaise and coordinate with notaries, external lawyers, and government officials in order to successfully execute corporate actions and regulatory compliance
• Working collaboratively with internal and/or external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a legal staff
• Working experience in an outsourcing company is a huge plus
• Having strong analytical thinking and initiatives
• Problem‑solving skill and prevention point of view for any potential legal issues
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
• Good team player with good communication skills
• Excellent skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research
• Up‑to‑date with latest regulations and legal best practice
• Willing to work on‑site in Yogyakarta
