About the Role

We're looking for a Casework Coordinator where you will coordinate and monitor legal casework from aftermath to resolution, working closely with justice actors, service providers, and implementing partners. You'll track proceedings involving convicted individuals, ensure survivors receive timely, trauma‑informed support, and guide survivors to relevant services via the organization's platforms. This role combines case management, legal coordination, stakeholder liaison, and survivor support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor legal processes (police, prosecutions, courts) step‑by‑step and ensure timely interventions or referrals as needed.
  • Act as primary liaison between survivors, legal teams, prosecutors, courts, and partner service providers.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential case records, progress logs, and case files on organizational systems.
  • Develop and implement case plans with safety and protection measures; conduct risk assessments and review them regularly.
  • Guide survivors to and through the NGO's digital/platform services (referrals, reporting, appointment scheduling, information resources).
  • Coordinate multi‑stakeholder case meetings and prepare case briefs, status updates, and handover documents.
  • Ensure all casework follows safeguarding, confidentiality, informed consent, and trauma‑informed standards.
  • Contribute to lessons learned, reporting, and improvements in case management processes and digital tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, law, psychology, or related field.
  • 3-7 years' experience in case management, legal support, or victim services, experience with criminal justice processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with court procedures, prosecutions, and post‑conviction processes.
  • Strong knowledge of trauma‑informed practice, safeguarding, and confidentiality.
  • Experience using case management databases and guiding clients through digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills; ability to prepare clear case briefs and reports.
  • Bahasa Indonesia and English fluency both written & verbal.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions as needed.
