A leading food technology company is seeking a Sales Representative for Jabodetabek. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and promoting food ingredients and flavors. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' B2B sales experience, preferably in the flavor or HORECA industries. Proficiency in English and willingness to travel are required.
1. Work diligently to achieve and exceed sales targets in Jabodetabek
2. Actively seek new business opportunities by networking, making cold calls, and utilizing various channels
3. Create and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline that reflects sales prospects and the sales process
4. Follow up promptly on sales inquiries received through emails, calls, and other channels
5. Prepare and present sales reports, including competitor analysis, to provide insights into market dynamics and trends
6. Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate gaps, identify opportunities, and uncover untapped potential in the market
7. Promote and sell a wide range of products, including food ingredients, flavors, and HORECA chain products such as syrup, popping boba, jam, etc
8. Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve superior results and meet customer needs
9. Initiate and manage projects with multiple teams such as Flavor Creation & Application, Marketing, and Product Development
10. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by a superior
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of at least 3 - 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the flavor industry, food ingredients, trading business, or HORECA chain.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
5. A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
6. Willingness to travel within the designated country as needed.
7. Proficiency in English.
8. Ability to work independently and remotely, as the company does not have a local office in the designated city.
