Job summary
A leading crypto firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and provide support. This fully remote role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience within the crypto industry, excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, and a strong interest in blockchain or digital assets. Effective multitasking and time management skills are essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role with a crypto firm.
- Comfortable with shift hours as and when required (This is a fully remote role).
- Great at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle all inbound inquiries and establish outbound communication.
- Provide accurate information to resolve problems/issues.
- Continuously educate to support customer service operations.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.

- Independently provide accurate information to resolve problems/issues that arise
- Continuously educate one's self with up‑to‑date and relevant information to support the customer service operations
- Escalate complex issues to your team leader, managers, and other departments as required
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role with a crypto firm
