We are looking for a Mass Recruitment Officer with strong initiative and passion for operations to support our clients in the logistics sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the ground and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand manpower needs from clients, particularly in logistics roles (couriers, warehouse staff, helpers, etc.).
  • Actively source candidates through both online platforms and offline field recruitment.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and validate supporting documents.
  • Schedule and ensure candidates show up for further selection or placement.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily and weekly fulfillment targets.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and client teams to ensure timely recruitment delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the outsourcing or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven ability to fulfill high-volume, fast-turnaround recruitment needs.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work independently in the field.
  • Familiar with digital recruitment tools (Jobstreet, Indeed, WhatsApp blast, etc.) and able to reach local candidate communities.
  • Own a personal vehicle and willing to travel around Yogyakarta and nearby areas.
  • Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends if necessary).
