Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Professional to manage vendor relationships, develop purchasing strategies, and ensure optimal delivery schedules. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Candidates must have a solid understanding of import and local purchasing processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Negotiate strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to support production schedules.
- Manage relationships with vendors to secure the best prices.
Skills
Education
Bachelor degree in supply chain management, business administration, or economic
Strong leadership capabilities & decision making
Ability to gather and analyse data
3 years working experience as Asst. purchasing manager
Familiar with sourcing and vendor management
Strong skill in Ms. ExceL
Detail Orientated, Persistence
Understand about import & local purchase is a must
Knowledge of ERP is a plus.
