Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably from Korean or Japanese restaurants.
• Willing to work mobile (Jabodetabek area & out-of-town).
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize sales levels and reports from all outlets.
• Control quality, cleanliness, health, and safety within the outlet.
• Ensure customer satisfaction across all outlets.
