Job summary

A leading marketing agency in Tangerang is seeking an experienced KOL Specialist to manage influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and proven skills in talent recruitment and content development. You will collaborate with teams to ensure successful campaign execution and analyze KOL performance. This role requires on-site work in Alam Sutera.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a KOL Specialist.
• Proven experience in Talent Recruitment or Talent Management (KOL/Influencers/Creators) is a strong advantage.
• Skilled in developing creative content angles and creating comprehensive briefs for KOL.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Alam Sutera.
