Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management
  • Provide strong leadership to the resto & coffee shop team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule and manage shifts, addressing any staffing issues promptly.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to ensure product availability.
