Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management
- Provide strong leadership to the resto & coffee shop team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and manage shifts, addressing any staffing issues promptly.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to ensure product availability.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Customer Experience
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service by training staff on product knowledge and customer interactions.
- Gather customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Product Quality and Innovation
- Maintain high-quality standards for all the products.
- Stay informed about F&B trends, and introduce new and innovative products to attract and retain customers.
- Develop and manage budgets, aiming for cost-effective operations.
- Monitor sales and expenses, implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and implement improvements as needed.
Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Community Engagement
- Foster relationships with the local community, exploring opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
- Participate in community events to enhance the coffee shop's presence and reputation.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations, labor laws, and other relevant guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of coffee and a passion for delivering a high-quality product.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of business and financial principles.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
