A prestigious international resort in Medan is seeking a G.O Sales Manager. You will create exceptional shopping experiences for guests and boost sales. Responsibilities
- Create a relationship of trust to meet guests' expectations.
- Ensure customers feel welcome in the shop.
- Design attractive layouts and manage merchandising.
- Focus on performance and meeting sales challenges.
- Deliver unique shopping experiences for customers.
- Advise customers to develop their loyalty.
- Manage inventory, hygiene, and merchandising.
- Coach resort teams to enhance sales performance.
- Organize sales events within the Resort.
- Ensure equipment and infrastructure are well-maintained.

- Advise and propose new experiences to G.M. in order to develop their loyalty.
- Ensure that the essential sales levers (inventory management, hygiene, merchandising, coaching, etc.) are under control.
- Coach and motivate the resort teams to increase local sales performance.
- Set up sales events within the Resort
- Ensure the equipment, material and infrastructure of the Resort
