A global music company in Jakarta is seeking a Studio Operations Manager responsible for managing daily operations of a recording studio. You will oversee the scheduling of recording sessions, supervise technical staff, and ensure the quality of studio output meets standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, over 5 years in the music industry, and proven leadership abilities. In this role you will be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of SMEI recording studio. Include coordinating with artists, producers, managers, and labels to schedule recording sessions; hiring and supervising recording engineers, assistants, and other technical staff; helping to select the studio's equipment; and—critically—marketing the studio to potential new clients to gain company revenue.
