- Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
- Gather and analyze market data for competitive compensation.
- Assist with the annual salary review and payroll process.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
- Gather and analyze market data to measure the competitiveness of compensation and benefit package, and make recommendation as appropriate.
- Assist with the annual salary review process and control payroll process.
- Develop people development (career path, training, competency and Evaluation system) that meet with company business strategies.
- Review employee annual performance appraisal.
- Manage employee medical scheme, health issues and medical referrals.
- Undertake other tasks as agreed with the Superior.
- Ensure training is conducted according to the Training Plan.
- Other Human Resource Matters.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from psychology, legal or management.
- Min 10 years of experience as HR Manager in Japanese manufacture.
- Business level of English.
- Experience in employee development program, compensation and benefit.
- Proven strategical thinking and leadership.
