• Review and manage capacity planning for new production lines.
• Manage demand and monitor production and shipment plans.
• Establish and optimize material supply to ensure timely delivery.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage medium and long-term capacity planning for new production lines.
• Demand management, including rational allocation of production capacity, delivery management, and monitoring of production and shipment plans.
• Establish a material supply system to ensure 100% timely supply for production, including supplier capacity management and risk control of bottleneck materials.
• Manage material receiving and inventory operation to ensure 100% on-time delivery of materials to the production line.
• Optimize logistics layout, process, and packaging in the new factory, including logistics system optimization and implementation.
• Design and develop organizational structure, optimize personnel capability model, and enhance personnel capability.
